Our Tomato Chilli Jam

Our tomatoes are handpicked at peak ripeness to ensure maximum flavour and sweetness, while the chillies are selected for their vibrant heat and freshness. Together, they form a jam that is both sweet and savoury, with just the right amount of spice to create a balanced and exciting taste experience. Our tomato chilli jam is made by slowly cooking tomatoes and chillies with sugar and a touch of vinegar, which enhances the natural flavours of the fruit while adding a subtle tang. The result is a jam that starts with a burst of sweet, rich tomato flavour, followed by a warming heat from the chillies. The jam has a smooth, thick texture, perfect for spreading on sandwiches, adding to cheese boards, or pairing with roasted meats for a flavourful glaze. As with all our jams, our tomato chilli jam is made in small batches in our nut-free kitchens, ensuring that every jar meets our high standards of quality. We use steam-jacketed stainless-steel pots to carefully control the cooking process, and we never use artificial colours or flavours.
